Kindergarten 26-27

Kindergarten registration is now open! Please complete the online registration. Once completed, please contact Cindy to set up an appointment. You will need:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Updated immunization records
3. Proof of residency

There will be two forms you will need to fill out before scheduling your screening day/time. Screenings will be the first week of school in August.
